A new leak from HomDGCat shows the character IDs for current and future playable Natlan characters. It confirms that Kachina, Kinich, and Mualani are the first three, with Xilonen set to debut in Version 5.1.

According to the leak, Chasca and Ororon are next, followed by Mavuika, Citlali, and finally Iansan. This information seems to confirm earlier rumors about Genshin Impact Version 5.2's banners, which suggested that Chasca and Ororon will debut in 5.2, with Mavuika coming in 5.3. These character IDs might also help predict the release order for the rest of Natlan's characters, assuming Genshin Impact follows a similar pattern to Fontaine. For the Hydro Nation, characters were released in the same order as their IDs, except for Sigewinne, whose banner was delayed until Version 4.7.

Genshin Impact Leak Suggests Release Order for Natlan Characters

The leaked list of Natlan character IDs has two spots missing at the end, likely saved for the long-rumored Madame Ping and another Liyue character expected to appear during the next Lantern Rite. A similar situation happened with Fontaine's character ID list, where Gaming and Xianyun were also skipped. Additionally, the leak shows that Capitano currently doesn't have a playable ID and is still listed as an NPC, even though many fans are eager to see him as a playable character soon.

Genshin Impact Version 5.1 is coming soon, with a launch date expected on October 9. As mentioned earlier, Xilonen will debut in the first half of the update. While Xilonen is likely a strong Geo Support, Mavuika's banner is arguably the most anticipated among all the Natlan characters. When Genshin Impact first came out in 2020, players could only explore Mondstadt and Liyue. Since then, new areas like Inazuma, Fontaine, Sumeru, and Natlan have been added to the game, expanding the world of Teyvat. In version 5.0, the first part of Natlan was introduced, letting players discover the lands of the Children of Echoes, Scions of the Canopy, and People of the Springs.

The next map update for Natlan in Genshin Impact is planned for Version 5.2. This update will include the ruins of the Eternal Empire, called Ochkanatlan, and the Flower-Feather Clan settlement. Chasca will join the playable characters in this version, giving players another way to explore the new area without using the Saurian form. While it's not confirmed yet, there’s a good chance that Version 5.2 will also include the land of the Masters of the Night-Wind, as Ororon will also appear in this patch.

While Uncle Teyvat hinted at the new Natlan areas with an earlier leak, a new map from Jelena gives a clearer view of what Genshin Impact players can expect in upcoming updates. It seems likely that the Collective of Plenty will be included when the map expands towards the Great Volcano of Tollan, although we can't pinpoint their exact location yet. Interestingly, there will also be an island between Tollan and Ochkanatlan that could be a potential spot for the Collective of Plenty. The most exciting find from Jelena is a lone island to the far west, which is likely the Mare Jivari.

Genshin Impact Mare Jivari

Since Version 1.0, the Mare Jivari has been part of Genshin Impact's story and players have been curious about it for years. It's described as a sea of ashes where the wind doesn't blow, and it's the westernmost point of Teyvat, said to hold a sea of fire. The map from Jelena shows the Mare Jivari quite far from Ochkanatlan, suggesting players will need to use the Waverider to get there. If Natlan follows a pattern like Fontaine, Mare Jivari is expected to be the last area added to the region before Snezhnaya.

While leaks should be viewed with caution, it seems that Natlan will be about the same size as Fontaine rather than Sumeru. If the rumors about a Mondstadt map expansion are accurate, the open world in Genshin Impact will expand significantly during the Natlan era. Version 5.2 is set to launch on November 20, 2024, and players can look forward to more details about the new Natlan areas after October 9, 2024.

One of her key strengths is that most of her skills activate even when she’s off the field, making her a powerful off-field character.

In second place is the popular Anemo support, Kaedehara Kazuha. Even though he was released over two years ago, he is still regarded as the strongest Anemo support in Genshin Impact. Kazuha's abilities enable him to apply various crowd-control effects on enemies while also delivering significant damage boosts to his teammates.

The Geo user Zhongli, another Archon, secured third place on the list. Like Kazuha, Zhongli is one of the older characters in Genshin Impact, yet he remains the preferred Geo user for many Travelers. While Geo has been somewhat overlooked in the current meta, Zhongli’s ability to provide the strongest shield in the game is still a significant asset.

In fourth place is Bennett, a four-star Pyro sword user, who is considered the best Pyro support in Genshin Impact. Despite his lower rarity, Bennett’s ability to offer exceptional healing and damage buffs with his Fantastic Voyage is unmatched by any other Pyro character in the game. Some fans in the comments noted that the presence of these older characters at the top of the Spiral Abyss chart shows how effectively HoYoverse has handled power creep in the game.

Genshin Impact Version 5.0 Anniversary Events & Rewards

The anniversary of Genshin Impact falls on September 28, however, it is anticipated that many of the rewards will be released before this date. Benefits consist of a Sanctifying Elixir, a novel product utilized for crafting Artifacts with individualized primary and secondary stats. The purposes of the Firstborn Firesprite and Kaboom Box gadgets have not been disclosed yet. Natlan is a melting pot of six distinct tribes. Players will immerse themselves in their unique cultures as they explore. The Dendro, Geo, and Hydro tribes will be introduced in Version 5.0. Version 5.1 will spotlight the Pyro and Anemo tribes, known for their mountainous lifestyle. The final tribe, Electro, will debut in Version 5.2, granting the Traveler their ultimate Saurian form. Interestingly, while these tribes are linked to elements, their members don't necessarily share the same elemental affinity.

The Mare Jivari, a desolate region west of Teyvat, is a prime candidate for Natlan's final expansion. This barren land, technically part of Natlan, could be the setting for Version 5.5 or later. #2. The Captain - Capitano

This is rumored to be the strongest Fatui Harbinger in Genshin Impact. The Pyro archon also challenges him to participate in her combat tournament where the champion will get all rewards.

#3. Mualani

Mualani has an adorable appearance with a blue-themed outfit. She will be a 5-star Hydro Catalyst character who may come to the game in Patch 5.0.

#4. Kachina

This Loli character will be a polearm user. She seems to be the new 4-star Geo Polearm character in either Mualani or Kinich's banner.

#5. Kinich

This young man will be a 5-star Dendro Claymore character. He will probably arrive in Patch 5.0. Kinich's kits and mechanics have been leaked on Reddit.

#6. K’uhul Ajaw

K'uhul Ajaw is a non-human character. This pixel pet appeared with Kinich in the latest teaser of Natlan. It can be Kinich's companion.

A 5-Star DPS Character Leaked on Reddit

Uncle K, a Reddit leaker, hints at a powerful Dendro DPS unit coming in the Genshin Impact 5.0 update. This new character focuses on two elemental reactions: Bloom and Burning. Bloom triggers when Dendro combines with Hydro, dropping small explosive Dendro Cores on the battlefield. Burning occurs when Dendro combines with Pyro, applying a damage-over-time effect.

Earlier leaks have indicated that this character will be a 5-Star rarity with a male character model. He will wield a Claymore as his weapon of choice, marking him as the first 5-Star unit with this combination of element and weapon in the game.
