During the Jaunt quest from Radavon, you’ll need to track down an escaped hired hand. Eventually, you’ll reach a search area where you’ll hear someone talking nearby. Follow the sound and find Ventza.

When speaking to him, choose the following dialogue options:

1. "Can’t think of any other solution?"
2. "I’m listening."
3. "Alright, I’ll take it."
