Even though Minecraft Legends wasn't a hit, Mojang and Microsoft shouldn't stop making Minecraft spin-offs. There’s still plenty of potential for new ideas!]]>

Mojang Studios dropped a new game in the Minecraft universe in 2023, called Minecraft Legends. They teamed up with Blackbird Interactive—the folks behind Hardspace: Shipbreaker and Homeworld 3—to create something fresh. The goal? A real-time strategy game that was easy for beginners but still fun for everyone.

Minecraft

Minecraft Legends mixed action gameplay with classic RTS combat. Think of it like Brutal Legend, but in the Minecraft world. Players controlled Minecraft mobs, sending them to battle against Piglin armies and protecting villages from attacks. Unlike the original Minecraft, this game had a story mode, which lasted about 10 hours.

But even with its unique idea, Minecraft Legends didn't catch on. Reviews were just okay, and the Minecraft community wasn't too excited. Some players liked the gameplay, but others found it too repetitive and lacking content. Mojang decided to stop supporting the game on January 10, 2024, less than a year after its release.

Even though Minecraft Legends wasn't a hit, Mojang and Microsoft shouldn't stop making Minecraft spin-offs. There’s still plenty of potential for new ideas!

Minecraft Spin-Offs Haven't Had the Best Track Record

Minecraft is one of the biggest games ever, but spin-offs? Not so much. Mojang has tried multiple times to expand the Minecraft universe with new games, but most of them didn’t really take off.

The first big spin-off was Minecraft: Story Mode in 2015. Made mostly by Telltale Games, it was a story-driven adventure, kind of like The Walking Dead or The Wolf Among Us, but much more family-friendly. Two seasons came out, with the second one launching in 2017. While some players enjoyed it, most saw it as one of Telltale’s weaker games.

Then came Minecraft Earth, Mojang’s augmented reality mobile game. It was kind of like Pokémon GO, where you had to go outside to play. But players didn’t like its heavy microtransactions and lack of updates. Plus, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, making an outdoor game tough to play. Minecraft Earth was shut down just two years after launch.

One spin-off that did well was Minecraft Dungeons. This game took inspiration from Diablo but made it easier to play. Fans liked it, and Mojang kept it alive with six DLCs and even an arcade version. But support for Minecraft Dungeons ended in October 2023, only three years after its release.

Minecraft Spin-Offs Deserve Better Support

The problem isn’t that players don’t want Minecraft spin-offs. The issue is that Mojang doesn’t support them enough or make them strong enough in the first place.

Every time Mojang tries a new Minecraft game, they seem to move on too quickly. Even when a game does well—like Minecraft Dungeons—they still abandon it after a few years. If Mojang really wants to succeed with spin-offs, they need to:

 • Make sure the games are high quality
 • Keep updating them like they do with Minecraft itself

If Mojang took the time to develop a great Minecraft 3D platformer, a third-person shooter, or even a puzzle game, those could do way better than Minecraft Legends. Players want more Minecraft games—they just want good ones with long-term support!

Mojang Should Keep Experimenting

Minecraft Legends didn’t work out, but that doesn’t mean Mojang should stop trying. The Minecraft universe is massive, and there’s still room for amazing new games.

If Mojang can learn from past mistakes and put more effort into future projects, their next spin-off could be a true hit. Until then, players will just have to wait and see what’s next for the Minecraft franchise!

The Minecraft-themed parks are set to offer an experience true to the game's style and spirit. Early designs show:

 • Blocky Structures: Entry gates and decorations that match Minecraft’s signature look.
 • Themed Rides: Attractions inspired by the game’s landscapes and characters.
 • Retail & Dining: Food and shops designed around popular game elements.
 • Accommodation Options: Themed stays that reflect Minecraft’s creative world.

Merlin Entertainments is putting $110 million into the first phase of the Minecraft theme parks. As the largest theme park company in Europe and the second largest in the world after Disney, Merlin’s confidence in Minecraft’s market potential points to a highly profitable opportunity. With Minecraft’s huge player base and global reach, this partnership is likely to generate significant returns and increase Microsoft’s brand visibility beyond the gaming world.

Minecraft Theme Parks: Challenges & Considerations

 • Audience Experience: Minecraft features a mix of friendly and frightening creatures, like Creepers and Endermen, which raises questions about how the parks will balance fun and fear, especially for younger visitors.
 • Sustainability: With an increasing focus on eco-friendly attractions, the parks will need to reflect Minecraft’s values of creativity and responsibility while ensuring they are environmentally conscious.

Finally, Minecraft’s move from screens to theme parks is a major step in Mojang’s plan to grow its franchise. With Merlin Entertainments leading the way, fans can look forward to an authentic, exciting experience that stays true to the game. As the first parks get ready to open, the blend of virtual and real-world attractions promises an exciting adventure for Minecraft fans around the globe.

Minecraft will officially stop supporting virtual reality (VR) headsets after March 2025.]]>

VR support was added to Minecraft in 2016, starting with Oculus VR compatibility, followed by PlayStation support. However, a recent announcement suggests a shift in Mojang’s approach to VR.

Minecraft To Stop Supporting VR Next Year

In Minecraft's 1.21.40 Bedrock update changelog, Mojang announced that support for VR devices like the Oculus Rift, Meta Quest, and Windows Mixed Reality will end after March 2025. This gives players a few more months to enjoy VR on these platforms before support is fully removed. After March, only players using the Java version with mods like Vivecraft will be able to play Minecraft in VR.

Minecraft Vr Mod

This news follows an earlier announcement from Mojang that Minecraft would end support for PlayStation VR after March 2025. In that announcement, Mojang assured players that those using PS4 and PS5 with PSVR could still access their existing worlds and any items purchased from the marketplace. Fans initially hoped that dropping PSVR support might signal future compatibility with PSVR2, but recent updates suggest this is unlikely.

VR games have struggled recently, possibly one reason Minecraft is ending VR support. Earlier this year, Assassin's Creed Nexus VR didn’t meet sales goals, disappointing Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot. Sony's PSVR2 also missed expectations, with sales picking up only after a large $200 price cut.

<![CDATA[Top 5 Things You Should Know About Minecraft Pale Garden]]> https://gurugamer.com/pc-console/minecraft-pale-garden-24171 Sat, 05 Oct 2024 09:52:25 +0000 https://gurugamer.com/pc-console/minecraft-pale-garden-24171
For players eager to explore the woods carefully, here are 5 things to know about the Minecraft Pale Garden so far. Read on.]]>

The main highlight of Minecraft Live 2024, and the focus of much speculation leading up to the event, is the new Pale Garden biome, which has already intrigued the community. As players begin to explore this spooky area, the overall theme and intended atmosphere of this forested region are becoming clear.

Along with its unique mob, the Pale Garden appears to be the Overworld surface biome designed to balance the terrifying depths of the Deep Dark found in caves below. Additionally, the reveal and experimental snapshot for this new biome provide a glimpse of what feels like concept art, with plenty of room for additions and modifications. For players eager to explore these woods carefully, here are 5 things to know about the Minecraft Pale Garden so far.

Table of Contents

 • 1. Biome Ambiance
 • 2. Pale Flora
 • 3. The Creaking Heart
 • 4. New White Wood Blocks
 • 5. The Creaking

1. Biome Ambiance

One of the more intriguing yet somewhat unclear aspects of the Pale Garden is its sound design, which emphasizes ambiance in Minecraft, reminiscent of the time when fireflies were still in the game. While most biomes are typically quiet aside from mob sounds and music, the Pale Garden is particularly silent, enhancing its eerie atmosphere.

Pale Silence Minecraft

In addition to the unusual quietness of the new biome, there appears to be a new way to incorporate ambient sounds. Certain blocks in the Pale Garden now produce specific sounds at night, such as the Creaking Heart, which adds an extra layer of eeriness. Beyond these current features, there’s great potential for introducing more ambient sounds, like leaves rustling or waves crashing, enhancing the overall atmosphere.

2. Pale Flora

For players looking to introduce new shades of gray to their builds or add a gothic touch to nature-themed designs, the Pale Garden features a selection of pale plants and a unique biome color. With new moss blocks and ghostly leaves available, there’s a distinct but limited variety to choose from.

Pale Flora Minecraft
Pale Flora

True to its name, the Pale Garden features drastically desaturated versions of typically green blocks, including standard grass and even jungle trees, making it an excellent choice for spookier builds. In terms of unique blocks, the pale leaves are now white across all biomes, offering strong potential for winter-themed designs. Additionally, the hanging moss provides great texture for underground builds, with the advantage that this hanging plant does not grow by itself.

3. The Creaking Heart

Described by developers as a "living block," the Creaking Heart serves as the true monster in the Pale Garden, using the Creaking as mere puppets to haunt, harm, and stalk players, fitting perfectly into the Bundles of Bravery theme. It is surprisingly well-hidden from a Vanilla perspective, so players will likely need an axe to chop down trees and remove the Creaking. As of the first experimental snapshot, the Creaking Heart blocks are finite and do not appear when players grow pale oak trees.

The Creaking Heart Minecraft
The Creaking Heart

The Creaking Heart, a living block, grants players the Monster Hunter and Monsters Hunted advancements, typically reserved for standard zombies and creepers. This unique block essentially functions as a mob, controlling the Creaking. By silk touching the heart and placing it between two upright logs, players can create their own Creaking spawner. When activated at night, a distinctive "awakening" sound plays. Additionally, attacking the Creaking mob produces a chilling "Creaking Heart screams" sound, further enhancing the eerie atmosphere of the garden.

4. New White Wood Blocks

For players focused on building, the Pale Garden introduces a brand-new wood type, adding white wood blocks to the game. While there are already various white blocks for design purposes, this new wood set provides builders with doors, fences, buttons, pressure plates, and more to work with.

Pale Oak Minecraft
Pale Oak

Pale Oak provides a great deal of versatility for players, with the main requirement being to locate the Pale Garden biome. With saplings, leaves, stripped log variants, and standard plank blocks, there's a diverse selection of monochromatic blocks for builders to utilize effectively.

5. The Creaking

The latest addition to the Minecraft roster, the Creaking, is a hostile mob that can only be found in the Pale Garden and currently drops no items when defeated. Clearly inspired by Weeping Angel mechanics, this living tree monster isn’t a significant threat on its own, but it can quickly become a problem when encountered in larger groups.

The Creaking Minecraft
The Creaking

The Creaking is essentially invulnerable compared to other recent hostile mobs like the Warden and the Breeze, and it can even trap the Warden in a loop of continuous attacks with no effect. Players can instantly destroy the Creaking once they locate the Creaking Heart that controls it, as currently, one Heart spawns and governs one Creaking. Until players find that Heart, they cannot harm the Creaking. While it doesn’t deal significant damage—only half a heart even against end-game armor—the real danger comes from overwhelming numbers. Its speed also means it can finish off players with low health after they've battled other mobs. Fortunately, as long as players keep the Creaking in their line of sight, it will remain unable to move.

During the recent Minecraft Live event, Mojang introduced a new hostile mob called Creaking. They shared important details about this creature and where players can find it. The developers also announced that this spooky mob, along with the new biome it will appear in, will be officially released later this year. Players will soon be able to test it in upcoming snapshots and beta/preview versions.

In this guide, we will share with you all about the Minecraft Creaking mob.

Minecraft Creaking mob: All rumors

The Creaking was initially brought up before Minecraft Live 2024. Its name and design were leaked early, despite Mojang's plans to showcase the mob at the official event.

Initially, the mob name and the new biome where it would spawn were accidentally leaked on the official game website. Two days before the live event, some fans started sharing images from the developer after-show footage that clearly displayed the new mob and its features. This was the second leak. Along with these photos, a new block called the creaking heart was also revealed.

During all of this, Mojang used its official social media accounts to share subtle hints and teasers about the mob. However, many dedicated fans were already aware of it by that point.

Mojang Studios announced the Minecraft Creaking mob during Minecraft Live on September 28, 2024.

What is Creaking mob in Minecraft?

The Creaking was completely revealed at the live event and showcased further during the developer after-show. In this part, the mob's creators explored the new biome and the Creaking, providing details about its features.

Minecraft Creaking Mob

The Creaking mob is slightly taller than the player’s character, and its texture resembles the tree trunks found in the Pale Garden biome. Its body is covered in dead vines that grow in the biome, helping it blend in with the forest.

A unique feature of the Creaking is that when it spawns in the Pale Gardens at night, it will only move toward a player if that player isn’t watching it. If a player has their eyes on the Creaking, it will remain stationary. This eerie mob isn’t very strong and can only inflict one heart of damage.

Players learned that attacking the Creaking won't cause it to die. They can hit the mob as many times as they want, but it won't take any damage or be defeated, even though it has only half a heart of health. Instead, the Creaking is associated with a new block called the creaking heart, a unique wood log block formed deep within a Pale Garden tree.

To eliminate the Creaking, players must find its heart inside one of the trees in the Pale Garden and break it. Once the heart is destroyed, the mob will simply crumble and perish.

Currently, the Creaking does not drop any experience points or items upon its death. Additionally, the new creaking heart block can only be used to summon the mob at night if it is placed again between 2 pale oak log blocks.

Mojang has revealed some exciting upcoming features for Minecraft, including a creepy new biome, strange enemy mobs, and more.]]>

Instead of the big annual updates that Minecraft fans are used to, Mojang has changed its approach to focus on smaller, more frequent content "drops" for the game. These updates aim to keep players engaged throughout the year by introducing new biomes, mobs, and mechanics at a steadier pace. Fans will also notice that there won't be a Minecraft mob vote this year, as Mojang has retired this event due to player feedback that it divided the community and led to unused game ideas.

The upcoming content drop, called the Bundles of Bravery, is set to arrive soon and will introduce bundles to both main versions of Minecraft. Bundles were first shown during Minecraft Live in 2020, and they will help players organize and expand their inventories more effectively. This drop will also add hardcore mode to Minecraft Bedrock Edition. The addition of this permadeath mode has been controversial because of various bugs in the Bedrock version, some of which can cause players to suddenly take damage and die.

What’s New in Minecraft Pale Garden Biome

Minecraft Pale Garden Biome

Minecraft Pale Garden Biome 2

Players can also expect new content soon, including the eerie pale garden biome. This quiet area stands out from other overworld biomes in Minecraft, featuring thick, grey foliage and a lack of mobs. However, when night falls, players may encounter creaking tree-like monsters in the pale garden. These creatures are immune to direct damage and can only move when not being watched.

To defeat the creaking monsters, players will need to find and destroy creaking heart blocks hidden in the trees of the biome. These blocks can be collected and used, along with a new type of pale wood found in the upcoming biome. While Mojang hasn't given exact dates yet, it looks like players won't have to wait long to experience the new environment in an upcoming preview version.

In the Minecraft store, it was announced that the Tetris DLC will blend 2D and 3D visuals. Players will explore what are called "matrix dungeons" in this new content as well as fight colorful Tetrimonsters and discover pixelated secrets hidden throughout the area.

The DLC will also include four different game modes for Minecraft players to choose from, which can be played solo or with friends. The recent trailer revealed that one of these modes is the classic Tetris game.

The DLC comes with four different game modes.

Nevertheless, this version of the classic game mode has a twist: instead of placing blocks, players are trapped in an area and must mine their way to the top before they get stuck permanently.

In the new dungeon crawling mode, players will eventually have to face a new mob made entirely of Tetris blocks. The Tetris DLC is now available for 1,510 Minecraft Coins, which is about $9.99.

Mojang Studios stated in the official description of the Tetris DLC that players will need to find the Teriminos and bring them back. These are the falling blocks in various colors and shapes.

When using Tetriminos, making paths, or clearing lines, new traps, loot, and surprises will appear everywhere. You'll need to solve puzzles, find rewards, and fight monsters as you try to reach the top.

You can also create new tools and items inspired by the classic puzzle game. Besides taming Tetrimonsters, the update lets you craft different mounts using Tetriminos.

The game developer said that Tetrimino mounts can jump very high and move at amazing speeds.

The new tools have special abilities inspired by the game. For example, the Line Clear hammer can clear an entire line of iron blocks.

A thrilling video in Minecraft depicted a series of unfortunate events that happened to a player on their journey.]]>

While Minecraft is generally peaceful, it can sometimes be scary. Whether you're new to Minecraft or a seasoned player, there are unwritten rules to help you survive longer, like never digging straight down.

However, even if players follow safety tips for a secure adventure in Minecraft, they can still face unexpected challenges like lightning strikes or spawning in tough spots. A recent incident involved a Minecraft player pushing their luck in a situation that turned out surprisingly humorous.

Talk about a bad day in the blocky world! Reddit user Think-Salamander-386 shared a hilarious clip showcasing their epic string of misfortune in Minecraft.

The scene opens with our unlucky hero returning to their base, only to be greeted by the heart-stopping hiss of a Creeper. A quick whack sends the explosive fiend packing, but in a cruel twist of fate, it returns for a kamikaze attack, leaving the base in ruins.

Thrown into a ravine by the blast, our player clings to life with a mere half a heart. Just when things couldn't get worse, a tiny terror emerges – a Baby Zombie, ready to finish the job. But wait! With a stroke of genius (or maybe just pure desperation), the player outsmarts the pint-sized menace and emerges victorious.

Now, battered but not broken, our hero resorts to a classic survival tactic: the trusty cooked salmon. While munching down on this pixelated power-up, they frantically dig a hole in the mountainside, seeking refuge until their health regenerates.

Creepers and Baby Zombies are among Minecraft's most dangerous hostile creatures, each presenting unique threats.

The Creeper has been a notorious threat to players since early Minecraft days, silently pursuing them and exploding to destroy anything nearby. Its danger is compounded by the fact that it can spawn at night and isn't affected by daylight.

Baby Zombies also emerge during nighttime in Minecraft and pose a challenge for players. They are extremely fast, difficult to hit because of their small size, and can inflict damage rapidly.

Minecraft's world is filled with dangers, which increased slightly with the Tricky Trails update. Patch 1.21 introduced two new hostile mobs: the Bogged and the Breeze. The Bogged is a variant of the Skeleton found in swamp biomes, shooting poisoned arrows. On the other hand, the Breeze resembles the Blaze and appears in Trial Chambers, attacking players from afar and dropping items used to craft the new Wind Charge item.

<![CDATA[Minecraft Will No Longer Support Windows 32-bit!!!]]> https://gurugamer.com/pc-console/minecraft-will-no-longer-support-windows-32-bit-23661 Fri, 05 Apr 2024 18:30:17 +0000 https://gurugamer.com/pc-console/minecraft-will-no-longer-support-windows-32-bit-23661
It’s time to update your Windows 32-bit version!]]>

Minecraft, a beloved game title for the past 15 years, will NOT work for players who are still using the 32-bit version on Windows, as Mojang has stated in the 24w14a snapshot. This means that if you're playing on this old Windows version, you won't be able to play unless you update to Windows 64-bit. As of now, it hasn't been mentioned whether the same thing will happen on other platforms.

Minecraft On Windows 32bit
Minecraft will NOT work for players who are still using the 32-bit version on Windows.

In the tech world, it's common for old models and systems to become outdated over time. This means software like programs, apps, or video games may not work on those older versions. But the good news is, this problem is usually fixed pretty quickly. Most computers today use the 64-bit standard, so updating to that will solve the issue.

Minecraft: Present & Future

Minecraft is currently the best-selling video game ever, selling over 300M copies. This far exceeds the second-best, GTA V, which has sold 190M units. What's remarkable is that Minecraft has achieved this without needing big changes over the years. It has set the standards for many survival games we see today, not by inventing those mechanics, but by making them widely popular.

In light of this, Mojang understands that if something works well, there's no need to change it too much. Despite facing strong competition from similar games, Minecraft continues to hold a dominant position and remains incredibly favored. Its audience, although sometimes critical of its slow update process, remains dedicated to a game that has left a lasting impact on the video game industry.

Minecraft finally comes with a native PS5 version. Read on to learn more.]]>

Great news for Minecraft fans: Their beloved survival game is finally set to arrive with a native PS5 version! A recent post on r/GamingLeaksAndRumours by a user named "the_andshrew" provided evidence of Minecraft's PS5 version release. This seems to be the result of Microsoft obtaining some PS5 development kits. Furthermore, further investigation led to the discovery of title IDs for a PS5 version of the game.

Minecraft Ps5
A recent post on r/GamingLeaksAndRumours by a user named "the_andshrew" provided evidence of Minecraft's PS5 version release.

PlayStation Game Size, a trusted X account, also confirmed this information.

Although PS5 fans can currently play Minecraft on PS4 through backward compatibility, the version is already outdated. Since receiving a 4K support update towards the end of last year, players have been eagerly anticipating a similar treatment with a dedicated PS5 port.

Other changes that many Minecraft players want are adding ray tracing and a 120fps mode… but not both together. Unless Microsoft got a special dev kit for a better version of the PS5… maybe a PS5 Pro model?

It's interesting to point out that Minecraft consistently ranks among the top 10 most-played PS games on the PlayStation Chart. So, it's somewhat surprising that it has taken this long for a native PS5 version to be released. Whether it's because Microsoft was waiting for a dev kit or saving up for the inevitable mid-gen refresh, we can just guess.

Another consideration is whether the new PS5 trophies will unlock automatically for players who already earned the PS4 version. This has occurred with many games in the past, so if it happens with Minecraft, it will offer returning fans an easy platinum trophy, which is always a welcome bonus. However, as of now, we cannot confirm whether these trophies will auto-unlock for returning players.

What do you think? Are you interested in revisiting Minecraft with enhancements on the PS5? Will features like 4K, a 120fps frame rate, or ray tracing entice you to return? Given Minecraft's lasting popularity, we believe a PS5 version will once again top the charts.

We think you will like this idea!]]>

Minecraft has recently been adding lots of exciting new content, addressing concerns that the sandbox game wasn't evolving enough. While some of these updates may seem small, the introduction of Wolf Armor has made a great impact on the community.

Wolf Armor was introduced alongside the Armadillos last December, making fans thrilled with it and seeing it as a welcome addition to the in-game armor system. The positive feedback from the community may lead to updates for other existing armor features. As many of us know, Horse Armor has been a standard part of the armor system for a while, so players hope that the accessibility of Wolf Armor will also be extended to Horse Armor in a future update.

Fans Expect Wolf Armor to Inspire a Future Horse Armor Update

Since its launch in 2013, Horse has been playing an important role in Minecraft. It provides

extra protection for the game's horse mobs, which is essential for horses with high speed but lower health. Interestingly, most variants of Horse Armor can only be found as loot while exploring, with only leather Horse Armor obtainable through crafting or trading with villagers. This has made getting Horse Armor needlessly challenging, leading many players to wonder why higher-tier Horse Armor remains uncraftable.

Horse has been playing an important role in Minecraft.

Horse Armor has stayed unchanged for over a decade. Despite not being directly related, the recent addition of Wolf Armor to Minecraft suggests that Mojang is open to expanding on this type of item. Wolf Armor serves a similar purpose to Horse Armor, providing extra protection to wolves, but it's easier to obtain and simpler compared to Horse Armor.

How about Updating Horse Armor to Wolf Armor?

Wolf Armor only has a variant, and players can make it by crafting with a new item called Scute that they get from Armadillos. Unlike most Horse Armor, which you can only find randomly, making Wolf Armor depends on finding Armadillos. As Wolf Armor is now in the game, it's probably a good idea for Mojang to update Horse Armor to make them more identical.

Minecraft Wolf Armor
Wolf Armor only has a variant, and players can make it by crafting with a new item called Scute.

To make things easier, all types of Horse Armor could be made by players just like Wolf Armor. This means players wouldn't have to search for Horse Armor while exploring. It could also be a chance to make Armadillos and Scute more useful. Maybe players would need Scute and another item to craft different types of Horse Armor.

All in all, recent additions like Wolf Armor show that some Minecraft features are outdated. Making Horse Armor craftable in all types would bring it up to date and give players more control.

Snapshot 24w11a and Preview 1.20.80.22 bring out additional content, including the new Mace weapon, Heavy Core and the Breeze Rod.]]>

Minecraft has recently released Snapshot 24w11a for Java Edition and 1.20.80.22 for Bedrock Edition, introducing the new Mace weapon. These updates enhance the Minecraft experience by adding new content and fixing in-game issues. Prior to these releases, Mojang Studios typically provides snapshots for players to test features and provide feedback before implementing them into the game.

Last year, Mojang introduced a new command in Minecraft Snapshot 23w51b, enabling players to adjust the size of spiders, making them even scarier. This year, Snapshot 24w06a brought the Wind Charge, a fun new item to players who enjoy parkour in the game. Adding to the challenge of Minecraft's world, subsequent snapshots presented the hostile mobs Breeze and Bogged, as well as a variant of Skeleton. Now, Minecraft offers another snapshot with exciting features, tweaks, and improvements.

Speaking of the new weapon Mace, when equipping it, you can smash the enemies using a unique mechanic where jumping down toward an enemy and hitting them effectively negates any damage from the fall. Moreover, if there are other mobs nearby, they will be knocked back by the force of the new weapon. Using a Mace will wear down its durability just like any other Minecraft weapon; you can repair it by using Breeze Rods at an anvil.

With the Mace now added, it becomes one of the melee weapons in Minecraft, alongside tridents and swords. It's anticipated that the Mace will be part of update 1.21, the next big release for Minecraft, which adds to the excitement for its arrival.

Snapshot 24w11a and Preview 1.20.80.22 bring out additional content, including the Heavy Core and the Breeze Rod. These two new items can be combined to create the new weapon Mace.

Last but not least, new banner patterns, armor trim templates, and two new Trial Chambers are included, too. Changes have been made to their Vaults, adjusting the loot table to address players' inventory management issues. Further, minor adjustments have been made to Minecraft's new wolf variants. The Rusty Wolf now spawns in all jungle biomes, the Striped Wolf in all Badlands biomes, and the Spotted Wolf in all savannahs.
