This week, Dr Disrespect, who's been in the middle of a lot of talk, has given an official statement about why Twitch banned him in 2020. He admits that "inappropriate" messages with a minor were the main issue but insists nothing against the law occurred. His statement was posted on X, confirming the situation with their own three separate sources.

Dr Disrespect wrote a lengthy post sharing his perspective on the situation. He made several edits to the post after initially publishing it. Despite using strong language and addressing his community, family, and friends directly, there are important points worth noting.

He acknowledged communicating with a minor in 2017 through Twitch's Whisper feature. He described the messages as occasionally crossing into inappropriate territory but emphasized that no photos were exchanged and no meetings took place with the minor. Interestingly, he initially edited the post to remove the word "minor" but reinstated it following criticism.

The Twitch streamer stated that circumstances beyond his control prevented him from discussing the matter publicly for several years following the ban. Now, with former Twitch employees and even social media revealing much of the information, he feels able to speak openly about it.

Dr Disrespect reportedly settled a lengthy arbitration over a civil dispute with Twitch. Additionally, it's been disclosed previously that Twitch paid out his entire contract when they enforced the ban.

Finally, the streamer asserts that no illegal activities occurred, emphasizing there were no criminal charges or cases against him.

She called them freeloaders. No need to say, the Twitch community felt very angry with her and BadBunny has kept coming under fire.

Although Mitch Jones doesn’t actually stir up trouble or becomes the main character in a scandal, he still occupies a slot on this list. The reason behind it depends on his method to gain views on live streams. It’s not surprising that Amouranth appears on this list because of her sexual style. Revealing breasts or something like that is one of the indispensable parts of her streams. Pokimane

It takes no surprise that Imane Anys, better known as Pokimane, is amongst the most controversial streamers on Twitch. This year, the netizens always seem to talk about her; however, it’s not a good signal as many think. For example, Pokimane reportedly attacked YouTuber ItsAGundam’s sponsor. This incident led to her coming under fire from the netizens.

Another incident is related to American YouTuber LeafyIsHere who posted up to 12 videos on purpose to mock Pokimane, as well as her content. He was then permanently banned from this platform. Once again, Pokimane and her fans were heavily criticized for reporting LeafyIsHere ruthlessly.

Dr DisRespect

In the past, Dr DisRespect used to break viewership records many times. However, after a Twitch ban three months ago, he has now started streaming on YouTube. Until now, Twitch hasn’t given any specific detail on his permanent ban.

Dr DisRespect was found streaming at a public bathroom. Additionally, according to actor and musician Jimmy Wong, this streamer is a racist with allegations of sexual assault. That’s why he takes a slot on the list of most controversial Twitch streamers.

Alinity

Before starting her career as a streamer, Alinity used to work as a full-time nurse. The streaming community has witnessed lots of her controversies. Two years ago, her conflict with PewDiePie went viral on social networks. At that time, she even wanted to issue a copy-strike against this YouTuber.

Like many other female streamers, Alinity has a habit of showing off her wardrobe malfunctions. It’s not surprising that she has got banned a few times. Especially, the netizens got angry when realizing that she is very cruel to animals. On a live stream, she even spitted vodka into a cat’s mouth.

InvaderVie
